At Garden and Tool, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new equipment or garden decor doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, tools, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
